What if I cannot chart electronically for some reason?

Cubhub is always active, and our servers are up and running 99.99999% of the time. But, from time to time there will be reasons why you (a clinician) cannot access Cubhub. Maybe your phone died, or you dropped it in a fish tank.  

Never fear! You can access your open visits later when you are able to access the mobile app or desktop site. Either way will work.  Just chart on paper (like you did in the old days) so you can transpose your note into the system later. You should communicate with your company if there are issues, however, to ensure your payroll is processed correctly.
