Mobile App: Missing section or crashed multiple times

If you are running the latest version of CubHub, and have a problem in the mobile app such as missing Assessment screen, or you keep getting kicked out, the problem is likely a bad download. It is important that you download your visit while staying in one place (not driving, walking, etc). 

If you go to the My Patients screen and click the 'Recycle' arrows. This will download the visit again, and usually resolves the problem. If it keeps crashing you may need to delete the app from your phone and reload, but any visit data that has not been submitted will be lost, so always try to re-download first.
